Subscription Terms

Please read this Subscription Terms carefully. The purpose of this Subscription Terms is to establish the terms and conditions under which you, the User, may access our web application Tixu (the "Service") or the Tixu app in the App Store, Google Play (the "App"), which contains self-learning materials, including articles, test questions, and other content related to learning the capabilities of artificial intelligence (AI).

1. Scope

1.1. The Subscription Terms govern the relationship between GITMIX LIMITED, a legal entity registered under the laws of Cyprus, registration number 465305, registered address: 28 Oktovriou, 317A KANIKA BUSINESS CENTER, Block B, 1st floor, Flat/Office 101, 3105, Limassol, Cyprus (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us", "our", or "Company"), and you (hereinafter referred to as "you", "your", or "User").

2. Subscription Terms and Rates

2.1. To provide our Services, we may offer a subscription plan at a promotional rate (hereinafter referred to as the "Welcome Offer"), subscription plans (1 week, 4 weeks, 12 weeks, depending on your selected option at the time of purchase), as well as additional paid features. Other options that may interest you may also be available.
2.2. If a subscription with a Welcome Offer or additional paid features is available for the Service, this will be clearly indicated on the pricing screen before making the purchase.
2.3. The Welcome Offer provides access to the Service for a specified period, as indicated at the time of subscription. If you do not cancel your subscription before the end of the Welcome Offer period, your access to the Service will automatically continue, and you will be charged the amount shown on the payment screen for the selected subscription option (1 week, 4 weeks, 12 weeks) without further notice. It is your responsibility to track the expiration date of the Welcome Offer.
2.4. After the completion of the Welcome Offer, the User gains access to the subscription after payment for the relevant subscription plan.
2.5. Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of the paid period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle. The charge for the next period will be processed 24 hours before the end of the current period.
2.6. We will notify you of any changes to the pricing by posting the new price in the Service, app and/or by sending you an email or other notification at least 5 days before the changes take effect. If you do not agree with the new price, you may cancel the subscription before the change takes effect.

3. Payment Methods

3.1. The Company will charge the payment card you provide at the time of purchase (after confirmation via one-time authentication, entering payment method details, or another subscription confirmation method indicated on the payment screen).
3.2. You authorize us to store your payment details and automatically charge the applicable fees for subscription renewals.
3.3. Subscription prices may vary depending on your region. Unless stated otherwise, such changes will take effect at the beginning of the next billing period. If you do not agree with the new price, you may cancel the subscription before the change takes effect.
3.4. By confirming your agreement with these Terms, you consent to the automatic renewal of your subscription at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel in advance. 4. Subscription Cancellation

4.1. Cancelling your subscription means that auto-renewal will be disabled, but you will still have access to all subscription features until the end of the current period.
4.2. You can cancel your subscription plan by clicking the "Unsubscribe" button in your account before the end of the current subscription or by contacting customer support at [email protected].
4.3. Please note that deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
4.4. If you purchased a subscription through the App Store, you can cancel it at any time by turning off auto-renewal in your Apple ID settings. To avoid being charged, cancel the subscription in your Apple ID settings at least 24 hours before the end of the free trial or current subscription period. You alone manage your subscriptions. 4.5. If you purchased a subscription through Google Play, you can cancel it at any time by turning off auto-renewal in your Google Play settings. To avoid being charged, cancel the subscription in your Google Play settings at least 24 hours before the end of the trial period or current billing cycle. You alone can manage your subscriptions. 5. Automatic Renewal

5.1. If you do not cancel your subscription before the end of the current subscription period, access to the Service will automatically continue, and you will be charged for the subscription without further notice.
5.2. The renewal period will be the same as your initial subscription period unless stated otherwise in the app. The renewal fee will not exceed the cost of the previous subscription period, except in cases where we notify you of a price increase (section 2).
5.3. In some cases, the payment date may change, for example, if the payment fails or if you change your subscription plan. To check the next payment date, log in to your account and go to the "Manage Subscription" section in the menu.
5.4. Cancelling your subscription disables auto-renewal, but all subscription features will remain available until the end of the paid period.

6. Refunds

6.1. If you made a purchase directly on our website, all subscription payments are final and non-refundable, except as required by law or these Subscription Terms. If you are unsure whether you are eligible for a refund, feel free to contact our customer support via email, and we will find the best solution together.
6.2. Since the service is digital, refunds are possible only in exceptional cases.
6.3. Refunds are possible in the following cases:
• If the subscription was canceled before the start of the new billing cycle;
• If a technical error on the platform prevented the service from being provided;
• If no more than 14 days have passed since the subscription purchase.
6.4. Refund requests must be submitted to [email protected] within 3 business days of the occurrence of the event specified in clause 6.3. If the refund is approved, it will be processed within 10 business days and credited to the original payment method, depending on the bank that issued the card.
6.5. If you purchased a subscription or trial through the App Store or Google Play and are eligible for a refund under Apple's or Google Play's policies, you must request it directly from Apple or Google - they handle all refunds. Instructions are available on Apple's or Google's support pages.

7. Changes

7.1. The Company reserves the right to change these Terms, the features of the Service, the scope of digital content, and subscription pricing.
7.2. We will notify you of material changes via email or through notifications on the website. If you do not agree with the changes, you must discontinue using the Service.

8. Requirements

8.1. The User must be a legally capable individual aged 16 or older. If the User is under 16, parental or guardian consent is required. If you do not agree with these terms or are not authorized to use the Service, please do not use it.
